This is a FT hourly position. The base schedule is Mon - Fri, 8:00 - 5:00, some weekends and holidays will be required. Occasional overtime may be needed to support events or complete projects. This is a moderately physical position that requires lifting merchandise, moving fixtures and using ladders for some displays. The Visual Manager is a vital part of the store team. Candidate must be creative and have the ability to execute visual ideas, set directives and coach the store team to maintain and improve store visual standards and presentation. The Visual Manager is responsible for store signing, mannequins, fixture placement, seasonal shop set-up, working with the team to merchandise new product and teaching others to maximize effectiveness. They also should be a fashion expert, with knowledge of important brands, items and trends in order to educate and rally the store team. Additional responsibilities vary by store and will be communicated upon hiring. Ideal candidate will have visual experience in a big-box store.
