Attention Parents: Youth Escort Policy On March 23, 2007, Arbor Place Mall implemented a new Youth Escort Policy. After 6pm on Friday and Saturday nights, all mall shoppers under the age of 18 will be required to be accompanied at all times by a parent or guardian 18 years or older.
